Tosilab takes to the track in the Bologna Motor Show 2017! We are proud to officially announce the collaboration of Tosilab with the Bologna Motor Show 2017, the international event par excellence dedicated to cars! Tosilab has created the Trophy that will be delivered to the winner of the Memorial Bettega 2017, which, as usual, will take place on the main track of the event on which all competitions are held during the week.
The Memorial Bettega will celebrate the 30 editions this year. This is the most famous race of the Motor Show that will take place, as usual, in the second weekend of the event. It is a spectacular and exciting event, which allows the public to attend a rally by sitting comfortably in the stands, instead of climbing on top of mountains or lying on a lawn. And now there is also a long history behind it.
The Memorial was born in December 1985, to remember one of the greatest rally drivers of all time, Attilio Bettega, who lost his life in a terrible accident, during a stage of the rally championship in 1985. Since that year, the Memorial has hosted the most famous riders on the rally scene, who beat the track with overtaking and drifting: Colin McRae (winner of three editions), Sébastien Ogier, Sébastien Loeb, Petter Solberg, Marcus Gronholm, Miki Biasion, Markku Alen and even motorcycle champions like Valentino Rossi and Andrea Dovizioso.
In the Memorial Bettega, this year will participate Giandomenico Basso, one of the best italian drivers and Tony Cairoli, the 9 times world motocross champion: will he raise the trophy made by Tosilab?
To sum up, we are honored to have been able to collaborate with the Bologna Motor Show, one of the leading international events in the automotive sector. We are sure that the show at the Memorial Bettega will be worthy of note and that, as always, the Bologna Motor Show will give many emotions thanks to the sound of roaring motors along the 1028 meters of the Bologna exhibition center.
