The Pantone color of the year 2018 is Ultra Violet, a color that certainly represents a fascinating and above all unexpected novelty.

The American company has in fact described the choice as “strongly provocative, original, ingenuous and visionary, which will point us to the future”.

Leatrice Eieseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, said about the choice of Ultra Violet as the color of the year 2018, that the world we live in today needs inventiveness and imagination, features all contained in the Pantone Ultra Violet , which on one hand it embraces the colors of new technologies and on the other the expressive and spiritual art of reflection.
